How do I place an order?

What are your opening times?
Our office is open 7am – 3pm Monday – Friday. If you have an enquiry outside these times, please contact us on our website, call our office: 01384 470 590.
Do I have to order outer cartons/ bulk stock?
No, providing you meet the unit of measure and minimum order requirements you can order as little or as much as you like.
What are your minimum order requirements?
Minimum order value is £50, minimum order value for carriage paid is £100. Any orders between £50 and £99.99 will incur a £10 carriage charge. (UK mainland only)
What carriers do you use?
Parcelforce for all carton shipments and DX for any products over 1m in length.
Do you export?
Yes, we currently export to all of Europe and are expanding to other areas.
